Located in the heart of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, our beautiful traditional Chalet Grand Cru is just a one-minute walk from the bars, restaurants, cafés, and shops of the lively town centre. After a day of skiing, hiking, or enjoying the fresh Alpine air, relax on your private patio and unwind in the hot tub while taking in stunning views of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi. Perfect for families and friends seeking comfort, charm, and an unbeatable location.
The Space:
As you enter the chalet, you’ll step into a practical and welcoming ground-floor entrance area, ideal for storing ski, hiking, and outdoor equipment after a day in the Alps. This space includes ski racks, boot warmers, and ample storage, along with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and an additional refrigerator for convenience.
Also on this level is a games room, perfect for relaxing or entertaining, featuring a pool table, air hockey, ping pong, a TV, and comfortable seating.
The ground floor offers two spacious bedrooms, both finished with warm wooden décor, king-size beds (convertible into twin singles), and generous wardrobe space. There are two bathrooms on this level: one with a shower, toilet, sink, and heated towel rail, and the second with a bathtub and shower, double sinks, toilet, and heated towel rail.
A staircase leads to the open-plan first floor, home to the living room, kitchen, and dining area. This space was fully renovated in December 2025, featuring a brand-new kitchen, flooring, and décor throughout. Warm and inviting, the living area is perfect for unwinding after a busy day, whether relaxing by the fire or enjoying the Smart TV with Netflix, Apple TV, Disney+, Sky, French satellite channels, and Spotify.
The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for self-catering and includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and fridge with freezer compartment. Basic essentials are provided, including salt, pepper, herbs, spices, oil, tea, coffee, sugar, and cleaning supplies.
The dining area features a large traditional table seating up to 10 guests. Double doors open onto the patio, which can be enjoyed year-round. Outside, take in stunning views of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi, relax in the hot tub, or enjoy outdoor dining with the Weber grill and full BBQ utensils.
On the top floor, you’ll find the remaining three bedrooms, all with warm wooden finishes, king-size beds (convertible to twins), and ample storage. Two bedrooms offer beautiful Alpine views, with the main bedroom featuring a Juliet balcony. This floor includes a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a separate toilet, and an additional shower room near the staircase.

Chalet Grand Cru has the luxury of space and location, with the comfort of a squashy sofa, comfy beds and plenty of kitchen space and utensils for the times you want to eat in. Oh and hot tub with an awesome view! Second stay for us and hope to be back!
Tissues and more hand soap dispensers would be good. Lock on downstairs shower room gets stuck.

A group of friends did our annual ski trip to Chamonix France and rented this property. Clean property with 3 large bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. Amazing hot tub with a view of the Aguille du Midi peaks. The highlight of this property is its proximity to the center of Chamonix. Shops and restaurants were just footsteps away! The property management company was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend this property!
