Large groups welcome in this fully self contained house, great for wedding parties or for your wedding guests to stay, family celebrations, sporting clubs, the list is endless with a large fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. It has three living areas, two upstairs and one downstairs, two of the living areas have large screen tvs with Austar connection, a master bedroom with ensuite (with spa bath) and queen bed, plus seven other bedrooms, five with queen beds and two with single beds, and three fold out double bed size sofas. There are three other bathrooms all with bath/ seperate shower, living areas open out to south facing deck areas, overlooking the river, with BBQ and outdoor furniture. Downstairs living area also has a 3/4 size pool table.
Off street parking for 4 cars. It is within walking distance to shopping centre with coffee shop, large supermarkets, newsagency etc, it is also within walking distance to Flying Horse Bar and Brewery.
