About this house rental
Magnificent three storey riverside home featuring main bedroom with king size bed, full ensuite including spa bath, seperate lounge with gas log fireplace and balcony.On the same level there are two queen size bedrooms with another bathroom and toilet.
On the middle level there are two queen size bedrooms with bathroom and toilet. A large lounge, dining and kitchen area is also on this level with a gas log fire.This area has fantastic views from every window of the Hopkins river, from which you could just about cast a fishing line in from the balcony.
Downstairs there is a queen size bedroom with a full ensuite and another lounge room looking out onto a large swimming pool area, also has large veranda.There is also a single bedroom with bunks and a separate toilet. Plenty of room for parking and the boat in a quiet court.

Just want to say a huge thank you for hosting us at your beautiful property in Warrnambool. We had such a wonderful stay. The fabulous kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the incredible views made it even more special.The house is thoughtfully designed, with plenty of inviting spaces to relax, connect, and enjoy every part of the property. Your attention to detail and the warm, welcoming atmosphere made our stay truly memorable. We would happily return and highly recommend it to others.

We enjoyed staying at the property for 5 nights. The hosts, Russell and Lorraine were extremely helpful and cordial. The property was well described in the Stayz site, clean and accurately described. The only thing to note that there is no garage and driveway access, although parking was no issue. There was an issue with the heating of the pool, but Russell assisted with getting it rectified. The other issue was that the spa in the master was not working, and requires attention. Thanks Russell and Lorraine.

The property was just perfect we loved our stay there with 9 family members.
The only thing it would have been nice to have the owner's phone number so we could speak to her.
The top bathroom the shower head basically fell off the first time they turned the tap on.
We left a note for the owner so they knew about it.

Good property. But details such as how to use the heaters for the pool was missing hence we could not use the pool. It could have been easier if a phone number to contact was given for ease of communication
