About this house rental
Welcome to 15 Bald Eagle Road West – an absolutely stunning, newly built beach home located in Sea Pines. With six bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms – this home can sleep up to 13 guests total. This beautiful, brand new home was completed September 2024 and is a very easy walk to the beach.

• Bedroom 2: King (2nd Floor, 55" Flat Screen TV, Private Bath)
• Bedroom 3: Twin Bunk Bed w/ a Pull Out Twin Trundle (2nd Floor, 43" Flat Screen TV, Private Bath)
• Bedroom 4: Queen (2nd Floor, 43" Flat Screen TV, Private Bath)
• Bedroom 5: Queen (2nd Floor, 43" Flat Screen TV, Private Bath)

The pictures of this beautiful home don’t do it justice. We were a party of 10 adults and 3 kids and this home was perfect for our week long stay. The kitchen had everything we needed, the short walk/bike ride to the beach was wonderful and check in and check out was extremely easy.

There were so many things we loved about this house. Clean, awesome laundry room, bathrooms for everyone, the pool, the location, great layout of the home and so much more. My only complaint about this house was the lack of basic items. If you plan on cooking or using the kitchen at all know that you’ll need to bring extra garbage bags, paper towels, extra kitchen towels or like us you’ll be doing a lot of laundry to keep washing the 2 towels that were available, coffee filters, dishwashing detergent and all food items. No salt and pepper, ziploc bags etc. I was surprised as I’ve stayed at many VRBO properties and usually there are some non perishable things left but this house has none. I wish I would’ve known as we had to make another trip to the store after arriving and found there wasn’t anything. As far as kitchen utensils the house was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and so many other items to use when we cooked. We would definitely stay here again. It was truly an amazing place and we had a great week!

Great house with easy access to the beach and South Beach. Nice shaded pool for the kids. Open family room with plenty of space for playing games and TV. Only drawback is that furnishing including beds are not very comfortable and should be updated.
