About this apartment rental
Comfortable, quiet, and bright studio apartment with refined decor and views over the rooftops of Paris, the Eiffel Tower, the Sacré-Cœur, and the Génie de la Bastille. It is located in the Bastille district and is a 10-minute walk from the Marais (Place des Vosges). In good weather, you can enjoy a 6 m² balcony, perfect for sitting back and taking in the exceptional Parisian sunsets. The residence is secure and surrounded by gardens. The sofa bed is highly comfortable, featuring a very thick mattress designed for everyday use. Check-ins are between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Dominique's apartment was the perfect stay for my solo 1-week trip in Paris. The location was great, with a grocery store and lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The balcony featured an amazing view of the city and the pull out couch was really comfortable. I particularly enjoyed looking at the eiffel tower from bed!The host was very communicative. The apartment felt very safe and had all the amenities needed. I will definitely be coming back to this charming place.

Absolutely perfect studio. Great location close to Metro restaurants museums flea markets, grocery stores. Just the right size for one or two people. The views off the balcony are priceless.

What a lovely little apartment to enjoy Paris from. So close to groceries, metro, shops and restaurants. Dominique was a terrific host. Very responsive and flexible. As others have noted the view of the Eiffel Tour from your bed is a highlight… one I won’t soon forget.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Paris due in no small part to this flat! It was cozy, intimate, had a great view (see photos), and was in an excellent location. Close to two metro stops (Bastille and Voltaire), we navigated both the local arrondissement and the wide city of Paris with ease. Although we took advantage of the cuisine on offer at the many local cafés and bistros, the breakfasts and occasional dinners we prepared at home were tasty and easy thanks to the well-equipped yet compact kitchen and the plethora of food vendors in a 10 minute walk radius (can’t recommend Saveurs et vous at 112 r. de la roquette enough for some excellent French cheese!). The bathroom was very clean, recently updated, with a large glass shower and a washing machine! Despite the bed being a pull-out couch, we slept comfortably and deeply. Our sleep wasn’t disturbed by neighbours within or outside the building, regardless of how lively this quartier can be! Last but not least, our host Dominique was a pleasure to meet and was exceedingly accommodating — allowing us to check in early and taking the time to explain the finer details of the flat and building to us in person. She even recommended local eateries and we chatted about art and the current special exhibitions at museums in town. We’re already planning our next visit!
