Dirty, poorly ventilated, unsafe and noisey!

The apartment was close to the nearest metro station.

We would not advise anyone to stay here. As soon as you enter the property the smell of damp & mold hits you. The bathroom is covered in black mould. It is not a safe or healthy environment to spend any time in. The toilet didn’t flush properly (the toilet had a plunger beside it). There is only 1 window to ventilate the entire apartment, which is why there is a dehumidifier in the property we assume (although the host has tried to say it is an air con machine, which it clearly isn’t). The noise throughout the night was colossal. We couldn’t find any alternative accommodation (we had 2 children with us) but did end up changing our train tickets as soon as some became available to leave the property and go home early because we couldn’t bare to stay another night. Visible damage to fire safety alarm in the communal tenement building which we spotted when leaving the building with all our luggage - very concerning. The sofa bed was broken on arrival but to be honest that was the least of our worries. This was the last out of our 6 places we had stayed in during our inter-railing holiday, a really bad end to an otherwise wonderful holiday. Très bien pour être au cœur du 11e !

Très ressemblant aux photos, simple mais avec tout le nécessaire et très bien placé dans le 11e et calme. L’hôte est très compréhensif et réactif. Merci pour tout.

Au 1er étage et donne sur la rue, mais comme vous avions un bébé et une pousette cela nous a plutôt arrangé !

L'appartement est petit pour une famille, mais il est bien équipé, à l'exception de la climatisation. La station de métro est à 5 minutes à pied.

Chaque nuit, le bruit de la rue nous empêchait de dormir : les clients des restaurants et des cafés, les conversations bruyantes et les cris, le déchargement matinal des marchandises dans le magasin situé en face de l'appartement.

Posizione comodissima per mezzi di trasporto,negozi,panetterie e servizi in generale.

Zona rumorosa di notte,facendo molto caldo nei giorni del nostro soggiorno dovevamo aprire la finestra e si sentono continuamente grida e schiamazzi molesti.meglio portarsi dietro dei tappi.bagno un po’ piccolo.
