Good base for exploring

In a cool little area nest to transport links. Great base to explore Paris if you don’t intend to spend a lot of time in the apartment

Very squished once the sofa bed was out, and could have used one or two more utensils or provide one or two washing machine capsules.

Good location but with a faulty water heater

The apartment is in a great location with fantastic bakeries and restaurants nearby. It has a small kitchen, including a washing machine. The beds, including the sofa bed, were comfortable and sheets were clean. The apartment overall was clean and came with a broom, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer. While the room was small, it was manageable and great value for the cost.

When we opened up the sofa bed, we noticed some stains on the bottom of the mattress. While the sheets and blankets were clean, this left a negative impression on the cleanliness of the mattress. We also noticed that we had no hot water. Upon further inspection we realized that the hot water was shut off through the power breaker. It worked when we turned it on, but overnight it tripped the power breaker and made us lose power. After this, it got progressively worse until it was impossible to turn on the water heater without it tripping the power breaker, so for half of our stay we had no hot water and couldn’t take a proper shower.

excellent location and enough comfort for the price charged

superb location, a few minutes walk to several different metro line stations

all expectations met, other comments give a lot of information, the garbage bins are right next to the entrance door which is not nice but during our stay there was no stinking and noise from neighbors unlike in many commentators' complaints

Esta bien ubicado cerca de todos los lugares de interés

Del patio entras directamente al estudio. La puerta está por el medio de los contenedores de la basura que no fue agradable , además en le patio hacen reformas y todo el sucio entra en el apartamento
