Metro dall'altra parte della strada
Pulizia molto migliorabile (cartoni sotto il letto, divano letto e relativi cuscini poco puliti, porta stanza e finestra con sporcizia su perimetro...).
C'erano 4 pentole con manico staccabile, ma nessun manico, richiesto tramite mail al proprietario dove fosse, nessuna risposta.
Sul sito c' era scritto che sarebbero stati forniti prodotti per il bagno, nella doccia erano presenti due balsami per capelli ed un bagnoschiuma del supermercato, gia'iniziati a metà,tutti incrostati, insomma poco piacevoli da utilizzare.

Really lovely location and the flat itself was clean, minimally furnished but with core basic necessities.
Only a small thing: the key did not work brilliantly in the lock. Apparently the door is new but it was really stiff. I tried contacting the relevant person - and I felt sorry for her since she said she was in hospital with her mum and it did not feel right to push it - but communication was minimal. Also, there is a garden table and chair immediately outside the window which was used by some neighbours. Perhaps it was theirs anyway, but I thought it was for our use only (perhaps wrongly!). It did not ruin the stay at all but perhaps the owner of the flat should be clearer about whether it is for guests’ use or not. Also - no notes about recycling or rubbish collection.

Emplacement parfait pour visiter Paris, à 50 mètres du métro (ligne 11), appartement en rez de jardin, aucun bruit, sécurisé, très bon rapport qualité/prix, hôte disponible.

la situation, le calme, proximité du métro.
Housse de matelas tachée, absence, de cafetière, de lampes de chevets, de télévision, serpillière trouée, manque de décoration, vaisselle très sommaire.
