Gulfside Villa is a rare, 8-unit low-rise condominium located directly on the sparkling Gulf of Mexico with a private patio overlooking Perdido Key's beautiful blue waters and sugar white beaches. This beachfront bungalow is a short walk up to the top floor where the west end location has the most amazing views! We're not sure which you'll love more--the balcony views or the incredible modern renovations. The owners thoughtfully decorated for your comfort and enjoyment. This condo is truly a little slice of beach paradise.

Absolutely the cleanest condo that we have stayed in . We have stayed at several different places at Perdido Key. Beautiful beach view. Perfect for the for of us.

Great little condo. Be prepared for the stairs. We were on the 2nd floor so with 2 bad knees it was almost too much. If I stay here again I will stay one floor down. The quiet and the privacy were my favorite parts. Spent some quality time with our grandson and enjoyed the beach view. Highly recommend!

We thought the unit was very pretty and very clean!! Access to the beach is super easy. There is a door from the porch overlooking the ocean that leads right to the stairs that take you down to the boardwalk. The unit has everything you need from bathroom to kitchen needs. Just need to bring beach chairs/towels. A lot of good places to eat very close. We loved the Jellyfish but really really enjoyed Sunset Grille. We will definitely stay there again!!

This is a truly amazing property - a cozy beach front retreat for the ages. Well kept and appointed, beautiful view, located 5 min from anything you’ll need or want during your stay and, best of all - literally steps from the beach!
