About this apartment rental
This 9th floor condo at the Sunbird is amazing in every way! It has a view from every single room including the bedroom ! It is clean and beautifully decorated and very comfortable. You asked and we listened…..there is a brand new leather sleeper sofa and 2 super comfortable leather recliners where you can enjoy the panoramic view or watch the big screen tv. You will enjoy incredible sunsets as the unit is slightly angled to the west. Being on the 9th floor allows for some amazing nature viewings! Pineapple Willies is right next door as well as many other restaurants and attractions within walking distance . Tootsie’s will be opening soon with three stories of music, cocktails and great food and is just a short walk (.5 mile)……Our kitchen is well appointed and super clean and modern with all the comforts of home. The beaches are the star of the show, never crowded as they can be in other locations, and a short walk from the building. There are three sparkling pools for your enjoyment. There is plenty of parking as well. Come stay with us! We promise that you will enjoy your stay and will want to come back again! There is line dancing, trivia, live music and karaoke nearby! Feel free to ask me for recommendations. The Sea Screamer is lots of fun… especially the sunset cruise. Walmart is within walking distance and there are 24 hour security guards at the gated entrance. It sleeps 4 but we also have a rollaway bed if you need it. You will receive personal service as we are not a massive management company. All responses are personal… not AI generated… and we also provide you witha phone number after your booking is complete😎Prepare to be amazed and very happy in this charming Sunbird unit. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit per Sunbird rules. No pets are allowed and no smoking .

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this condo! The beach views were beautiful and made every morning and evening feel extra special. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the condo had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. We loved spending time at the pool, and the easy beach access made it so convenient to go back and forth throughout the day. One of our favorite parts was that the beach never felt overly crowded, which made for a much more peaceful experience. Parking was also easy and convenient. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we would definitely come back!

Condo was Clean and Updated, Has Beautiful Views of the Ocean. Good location and Great Host. My Family Enjoyed it Very Much and hope to Rent again when Vacationing in Panama.

We enjoyed our stay! The host was incredible to work with and responded so quickly with ease. The place was clean and tidy! The beach access was nice and wasn’t overcrowded. In walking distance of pineapple Willy’s so it was nice to grab a bite to eat and drink. We didn’t realize their was no washer/dryer inside but it was probably a lack of reading fully on my part. The space was small and cozy but perfect for me and my spouse. We would definitely stay here again.
