The property was exactly as listed and the pictures did not do it justice. The house was even nicer than we expected. Our host was absolutely amazing, very helpful, communicated extremely well and made our check-in very smooth.We made this trip for our son's 21st birthday and our host even went over and above to have a cake and some decorations on site for our arrival.If I could give this review 6 stars out of 5, I would. If we ever decide to travel back to the Boston area, this is the first place I would consider.-Scott

owners were friendly & helpful & responsive. Location was good. Quiet & near the beach walk area. Restaurants are a walk and there are no real grocery stores. But overall we were quite pleased with our visit.

Kim was an outstanding host and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The property was very clean, comfortable, quiet and exactly what we were looking for to accommodate our large family during our short visit to Quincy. We give this property a 10 out of 10!! Thank you Kim for a making our stay so wonderful!

My wife and visited the Boston area in August 2023. We were very happy staying here and will do again when we return. The owner/host (Kim) provided us with a variety of breakfast pastries, desserts, coffee, tea and bottled water. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Downtown Boston, and other greater Boston attractions were easy to get to.
We had a great stay and highly recommend staying here. The owner was very responsive and trustworthy.
