Apartment Tanita No.2 is located in Podstrana, a small tourist destination near Split. What makes this apartment special is the fact that it's the first house along the shore and it has its own cove. The beach is a combination of fine sand and pebbles and it is ideal for families with kids and older people because entering the sea is easy as the slope is mild. Also, if you prefer, you can choose to use loungers and sunshades, and there is a private outdoor shower.
Spacious two-level apartment offers a free wi-fi as well as one parking space. A ground floor consists of two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a big double bed, its own bathroom, big closet and a dresser. The other bedroom has two separate beds. Ground floor also has one big bathroom for everyone to use. A living room and kitchen with all the electronics can be found on the upper floor A terrace offers a view of beautiful sunsets every evening while enjoying a glass of wine, or you can opt for walks on the beach where you have a bar and a restaurant only 30 m away. The nearest market to shop in is 300 m away, as is a bus station that connect Split and Omiš in both directions. Airport is 27 km away. A spa and wellness facility and tennis and golf course are 1,5 km away

Wonderful place! I recommend without any hesitation and would definitely return. It was perfect for 3 person but could have been too for four. A must, no doubt.

It is easy to tell if the owners care about whether you enjoy your stay - or just want to make money (worn towels unmaintained). Stipe really cares and it shows: very clean modern apartment… beautiful floating staircase with glass railing… leads up to the living area that enjoys a stunning stunning view that the pictures do not do justice. Very comfortable with lots of space, smart TV, nice kitchen (pans etc in great shape). Deck area is fantastic with easy to operate awning nice chairs… everything in this home is nice quality, towels, linen fresh and new. Beach Lounge chair umbrellas very nice. You need to understand the private beach (pebble) is literally right under your deck… we watched our boys playing on the beach below. Walk the quiet boardwalk 3km in each direction- nice restaurants and beach bars…so nice..road noise in the front room for sleeping is real - small compromise- everywhere else you just hear the ocean - we need more Air BB owners like this…you will love it there!

Amazing view, straight to the sea! It’s so convenient that the beach is right under the building, you don’t need to go anywhere, just walk downstairs and you’re already on the beach. Plus, they provide umbrellas and lounge chairs, so you don’t need to pay extra to rent them. Stipe is easy to communicate with and replies very quickly. The apartment is clean and has all the necessary equipment.

In all honesty I was a bit skeptical at first as his place looked too good to be true but it turned out to be good and true. Stipe met me at the place at the arranged time and gave a tour of the apartment as well some tips on dinning and other fun experiences. If you have already made reservations and have your trip planned out it’s still good to review and maybe reconsider. The place was clean and pretty spacious. There were a couple or small technical issues but we understand stuff happens and we didn’t mind it. I would certainly strongly recommend it. You can’t beat being steps away from the sea. A nice cold drink in the evening over looking the adriadic and the islands across was one of the highlights. The water in front of this property is clean and the beach is almost semi private, quiet and not crowded.
