Cozy appartment in house in second row from the beach. The beach is less than 30 seconds walking distance. Podstrana has nice artificial beaches that have sidewalk along the whole coast. It is great for evening walks. Bars and restaurants are near as well. Host was waiting for us at agreed time and helped me park the car. The street is a bit narrow so it is challenging to turn big car there. He has explained everything that is in the appartment and how it works. When we have asked for hairdryer it was delivered by the evening. AC works great and is in the room with big bed. If you are using bed in the kitchen as well you will not have AC if you close the door for privacy. The lowest fan speed is still more noisy than I am used to from home, but it is only relevant during night.
The lighting in the appartment is not very strong. I would recomment to switch the bulbs to brighter ones :) The internet speed was barely usable. with 3 appartments occupied I was barely able to use whatsapp. Youtube was only a dream. The signal was weak as well. maybe for appartments on the the upper floor it was better. But you are on vacation, you should enjoy sea, beach, food and walking and not sit on your phone :)

Die Lage ist perfekt. Nur wenige Schritte über einen kurzen Weg und steht direkt am Strand.
Die Wohnung selbst war sauber, mit allem ausgestattet , modern, frisch renoviert, mit mehreren Klimaanlage. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.
Besonders gut war der Gastgeber Ivica, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns herzlich empfangen und war bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

Obiekt jest bardzo blisko plaży, dosłownie 50 metrów. Klima w pokojach. Sklep też jest niedaleko.
Nie mam zastrzeżeń.
