The location is perfect too, as you are minutes from all the favorite local restaurants and entertainment options. The open and spacious floor plan sleeps 13, so there is plenty of room for your family and guests. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals, there are flat screen smart tv's in each bedroom, and there is parking for 2 vehicles underneath the cottage. Loved that you had dedicated parking that could hold 4 cars. You are right across the street from the beach with a public walkway right there. There was an outdoor shower and hose to help clean the sand off yourself and things. Definitely will stay here again!

Our stay was exceptional! The cottage was extremely clean, exactly as pictured, the host was helpful and communicative, the beach was a short walk across the street, close by to restaurants/attractions, quiet/peaceful despite being so close to the main road and other cottages, a perfectly relaxing beach getaway for 4 exhausted Mamas.

Enjoyed our stay. House was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Close to beach and roomy for our large family. Host was excellent with communication. Highly recommend

Home was clean and in a great location. There’s 2 pools on the property. I don’t recall it stating the home was in a neighborhood with shared pools (that could have been made clearer). There were sand/swimming items for kids that were most likely left behind from other renters that we could use. Other than that and some kitchen items I wouldn’t consider this home kid friendly. Limited apps are downloaded to the tv’s. When I asked for the code so we could download Disney I was asked to supply a screenshot (which I did) and then nothing ever was supplied or fixed. The smoke alarm started chirping one morning and the handyman was called to fix it the same day. There’s a store, restaurant and beach access all within walking distance. Location is great if you are looking to relax!!
