This lovely 3 bedroom/3 bathroom townhouse villa located on the Harbour Town Golf Course is the perfect choice for guests looking to book a top accommodation for the RBC Heritage. This newly renovated villa is a private residence and only offered for rent during the RBC Heritage week. It comfortably sleeps six and offers a King, and two queen beds plus the fully stocked gourmet kitchen has been totally renovated including quartz countertops. This tastefully furnished end unit offers complimentary premium HD cable service on flat screen televisions and WIFI internet service. Very short walk to all Harbour Town amenities including dining and recreational activities. Private patio with dream view overlooking the #1 Green of the world renowned Harbour Town Golf Links - home of the annual RBC/Boeing Heritage PGA tour event each April. Perfect sightline views of both number one green/fairway and the new number two tee box. Absolutely one of the premier locations for viewing the RBC Heritage. This property is beautiful and an absolutely perfect place to watch the Heritage! The owners were friendly, responsive and bent over backwards to make everything go well during our stay. The check-in and check-out processes were easy to understand. Our employees had a wonderful time and we have the Lluy's to thank for this.

Communication with the property manager was very good and the check in was seamless. We loved staying at this property. It had all the space for our family of 5. The location gave us the opportunity to enjoy Harbour town, the beach and all the lovely trails.The villa was clean and had everything we needed. Our only issues were Internet related.
We would love to go back next year. Thank you for a great stay.

Location was fantastic. Close to Harbour Town and was cool to be right on the golf course. We enjoyed the patio. The townhouse was nice, but had a musty smell to it and was not cleaned well upon arrival. Could really use a really good deep cleaning and some TLC. We did laundry regularly but could smell the mustiness on our belongings when we arrived home. The pool was close to our townhouse and was great, although could have been cleaned and kept up a bit more. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and will consider staying at this complex again, just won’t stay in the same townhouse.
