With I-385 only one mile away and sixteen miles to Downtown Greenville.
This newly renovated, family-friendly, 4-bedroom home comes with a fenced backyard, comfy beds, laundry room, and well-stocked kitchen.

The host is excellent, easy to communicate with and friendly. The house was very nice and we enjoyed our stay there. There was a large group of us, including small children, and we were comfortable. The house is kid friendly, with a nice yard for them to play in. The beds were comfortable. The bath towels were plenty and nice. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with dishes and utensils. The washer and dryer were nice to have. The only negative is the main bathroom was a bit dirty and we had to unclog the bathtub drain. Overall, it was a comfortable and nice place for us. The location is very convenient, and it’s in a lovely neighborhood.

Well maintained home in great part of the upstate. 4 spacious rooms with great fenced in back yard and toys for little kids. Host was exceptional in communication and would gladly stay again!

We booked this house for a girls trip with 4 friends from college. Great location, about 15 minutes from downtown Greenville. We had a great time shopping and eating, plus seeing the waterfall!, in Greenville. Simpsonville, where the house is located, had plenty of dining options (highly recommend Stella). As for the house, plenty of room and set up was great for hanging out in the den or in the fenced in back yard. The neighborhood felt very safe and I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood each morning. Highly recommend this property and the area!

The property was extremely well maintained both inside the house and outside.Decor was beautiful and updated. The backyard was very nice with fire pit, grill, porch table & chairs. The house was very clean and well maintained.
