The Chintana Suite is an additional property of the already established 'La Chintana Holiday'; this accommodation was completed in May of 2014, conceived as an independent unit is suitable for those seeking relaxation, the countryside, the sea and privacy. The house has all the amenities, it was built with architectural forms of the old farm country of the area. The Chintana suite offers its guests a free self, BBQ, terrace with sea views, pool and garden. The decision to give title Suite comes from the fact that the structure has a particular independence and more valuable characteristics. The apartment has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, double bedroom with a single bed and a half and a single bed, small livingroom. The room features a fireplace, satellite TV, fridge and freezer, microwave oven, stove with 4 burners, sink with drainer, rustic table with five chairs, all kitchen accessories, rustic cupboard years 45-50, sofa and large window with panoramic sea views. The bedroom has a double bed, dresser years 45-50, mirror, TV, glass door with mosquito net on the terrace overlooking the garden and pool. The room for children is equipped with a single bed and a half, a single bed, wardrobe and window with mosquito net. The bathroom has available the sink, toilet, double shower with glass doors, drawers and mirror. The Chintana Suite was built with the latest building technologies, it is well insulated against heat and cold, has a gable roof with tiles in the tile Sardinian, its shape is rectangular and is clad in local stone as the old houses 1700. The style takes exactly the parent structure, namely La Chintana Holiday which is located downstream of the structure. The terrace and lawn surrounding the house makes the site unique and enchanting. The surface of the house is about 45 square meters, distributed in 18 sqm for the room with kitchenette, 14 sqm for the bedroom, 9 square meters for the double and 5 square meters for the bathroom. The services offered by the structure are: linen and towels, weekly change, communal pool, private parking, private terrace, private BBQ, mini golf course, TV in the bedroom, products derived from vegetable gardens La Chintana, eggs The henhouse Chintana and seasonal fruit.

We had a very pleasant stay in our Haus.We could recommended for everybody who likes peace, nice garden, swimmung pool.It is a landhouse, simple, but everything is there what you need.Londlord is a very nice person and always very helpful.He is a funny guy :-)

What a loverly place ! Such a quiteness, beautiful views and still in little driving distance of highlights such as Alghero and Stintino beaches. Owners were very helpful.

An absolutely beautiful home with pool in the countryside with sheep, roaming the hills, easy access to beaches and local restaurants very quiet and serene extremely well managed by Marco!
