About this apartment rental

***FULL RENOVATION JUST COMPLETED*** 2 bed/2 bath third floor unit with ceramic flooring throughout. Stunning contemporary minimalist design with sharp white and crisp atmosphere. Enjoy a cool tropical drink on the open balcony overlooking the white sugary sands of Crescent Beach and the azure blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Living room offers large flat-screen smart TV with soundbars, all new furniture, HUGE vaulted ceiling and ultra-modern decor. Full free-flowing open kitchen with brand new appliances. Master bedroom has king size bed with large flat screen TV, new open-concept master bath has walk-in shower. Guest bedroom has 2 twin over full bunk beds and flat screen smart TV. Guest bathroom also features new walk-in shower. This is a 3rd floor unit with a maximum occupancy of 6 people. New washer and dryer. Free Wi-fi.

This unit is amazing. All modern upgrades, large balcony overlooking the beach/ocean. Top corner unit. Gorgeous sunsets every night to enjoy from the balcony or the beach. Private access to the beach with a beach attendant every day. Supplied beach chairs and umbrella. I would 100% stay in this unit again!!
