About this house rental
Welcome to Carolina Dream!
• Private 2 bedroom, 1 bath, townhome in Carolina Beach
• Private porch for your relaxation needs
• Just a 5 minute walk to the public beach access! Located a few houses behind Squigley’s Ice Cream & Treats.
The Space
• Private porch
• Full kitchen with dishes and pots & pans
• Well stocked with appliances (full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, and washer/dryer)
• Coffee bar with 12 cup coffee pot and French press
• Both bedrooms include a king size bed with highly rated 12” Zinus memory foam mattress
• First bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen, & living area are on the main level
• Second bedroom and half bathroom (with washer/dryer) are upstairs
• High-speed WiFi
• Smart Roku TVs in the living room and master bedroom.
• We supply bed linens & bath towels. Beach towels NOT provided.
• We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.

🔏 Security Deposit: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for each reservation.
🚭 Smoke-Free Property This is a completely smoke-free home — indoors and out. If evidence of smoking is found, a $250 deodorization fee will apply.
🕓 Check-In & Check-Out Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking on the premises is available during your reservation window only. Unapproved late departures may result in a $250 fee, as our team works on a tight turnaround to prepare the home for arriving guests.
🤫 Quiet Hours Please observe quiet hours from 10p to 8a — the neighbors will love you for it.
🧹 Cleaning & Products Our professional cleaning team handles all deep cleaning between stays. During your visit, please avoid using bleach-based products to prevent accidental damage to linens and surfaces.
🕯️ Scents & Candles Out of respect for guests with sensitivities, please refrain from burning incense, diffusing essential oils, or using similar scented items inside the home.
🎉 Gatherings & Events This home is designed for rest, relaxation, and quality time — not parties or events. Please keep overnight guests to those listed on the reservation.
📜 Guests are required to provide a government-issued photo ID and complete a signed rental agreement prior to check-in, as required under North Carolina law (N.C. Gen. Stat. § 42A-10). This is completed through our complimentary guest portal, which also offers optional keyless entry and check-in convenience features.

• Pets must be added to the reservation during booking
• A non-refundable $150 pet fee applies per stay
• Maximum of 2 dogs; no other animals permitted
• Dogs must be fully housebroken

• Dogs are not allowed on furniture or linens
• No cats permitted due to a family allergy
We kindly ask that you treat the home with care, as if it were your own. Our goal is to provide a beautiful, comfortable retreat where guests can truly relax and make lasting memories. This property is professionally managed by Host Help Property Management. Our team is available to assist with any questions or needs during your stay, with office hours from 8am–12am EST.

Very nice condo, walking to beach and entertainments, both rooms and beds are really comfortably and big, clean place and with all the amenities you need for either a peaceful getaway or to visit places near by. I would definitely stay again here when in Carolina beach. Only thing I would add is a half bathroom on the second floor. The condo has only one bathroom. Hosts were very prompt in responding any request, thank you guys!

Super clean and cute! Loved the amenities the hosts offered if we needed. Bed was suuuper comfortable and I NEED to know what pillows they use cause I love them. The only thing I would change is the shower head. Loved this place and will stay here again if we come back next year!

Suggestions for the place would be more seating in the living room; possibly another chair or two. There’s only two forks in the drawer and not a big selection of pans. I think a frying pan is needed. The drop off walking into the unit is a big shocker coming into the place as well. A second toilet would be nice to the unit but is not a deal breaker. Overall, quiet area, accessible to the beach and restaurants downtown.
