About this house rental
Apartment located in a stately building in the center of Salerno, with a large courtyard, a beautiful garden with a separate entrance and private parking. The garden, surrounded by a wall of bricks, was part of an old orchard which keeps perfumes and atmospheres. Remains protected and hidden by the surrounding buildings but, coming out of the gate, the visitor finds himself in the heart of the city, with shops, restaurants, markets and all the best that provides the city of Salerno.
The apartment maintains the structure and finishes original and, even where it had to step in to replace implants, have been used traditional materials Salernitana, such as hand-painted ceramics from Vietri. The old blends with the modern and conveys an atmosphere of yesteryear. The house consists of an entrance hall, a corridor leading to two double bedrooms, a large living room with dining area and living room, a kitchen with all the equipment (dishwasher, oven, stove, set of dishes and cookware ) and a bathroom with shower. The living room leads to the terrace and garden. The apartment also has WiFi, heating, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, washing machine, television, hairdryer. It 'also a small library with books in Italian and in English.
Besides allowing a pleasant holiday for groups of friends, the property is ideal for families with children who can move, play and have fun in total freedom and security.

We stayed in Salerno as our home base for traveling all over Italy fir three weeks.Easy communication with Anna and Monica. Whats ap and phone calls.We met Monica at apartment from train station. She showed us how ti use everything, how to lock and unlock doors, codes etc. Its a great location for busses, taxis, trains and ferries.Apartment had a brand new washer and refridgerator.AC worked great in both bedrooms and in family room where my Aunt slept.Felt safe there. Easy was to the Supermarket 365 store for all our food needs. Since we were there for three weeks, I called for new bed linens and towels and they came same day with no issues. Anna is very sweet and kind to all our needs.Oven is electric and range is gas. Used both to cook and reheat meals. Lots of silverware, plates etc.Shower is small but great and fast hot water. Plenty of shelf space for four women and our stuff. Lots of guide books and information on the bookcases for all the places we wanted to visit.Lovely having the whole courtyard to ourselves. A lot of close pins and a drying rack for all our clothes. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay in Salerno! Booking with Anna was easy and she was able to accommodate a change in our plans, which we appreciated. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the outdoor patio is a huge plus! Parking was safe and easy. Gaining entry into the apartment was very easy with Monica! Kitchen was well stocked with bowls, plates, utensils. Location was central!

The location is perfect, it is close to a bus stop that serves several lines, it is very close to the train station and ferries and is surrounded by amazing restaurants. There are 2 grocery stores within minutes walk of the appartment. We could not have been happier with this! Anna and Monica were really helpful. The appartment is spacious and super clean. We had a wonderful time! I would however recommend fixing the back door to the garden as it made an awful noise each time it was opened. We also could not access the parking area but since we did not have a car it was not an issue. However please be mindful of this if you do intend to come with a car, you might not be able to open the door to the street.
