About this house rental
This is a beautiful 1st floor, 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo at the Opus in Daytona Beach - professionally managed by Sunlit Vacation Rentals.
No need for elevators as the private patio is steps away from the pool and the ramp to the beach is only a few steps away! All of the furniture and decor was carefully selected to provide a feeling of comfort and luxury that is truly hard to come by. This unique property features a large open concept living room and kitchen. The kitchen has beautiful granite counters and stainless steel appliances. If you are looking for a luxurious condo to make lasting memories, this is the place for you!
Bedding Arrangement Includes:
Master Bedroom: King bed
2nd bedroom: 2 queen beds
3rd bedroom: Queen and a twin bed as well.
There are 2 full bathrooms in the condo. The condo will sleep up to 9 people. The unit comes stocked with top grade linens, towels, pots, pans, dishes, etc to help make your trip seamless and unforgettable. You will also enjoy a flat panel TVs in all the bedrooms.
Important Things to Note:
- Mandatory rental agreement must be completed and submitted prior to arrival
- Two parking passes provided: One for garage space and one top-deck space (first come, first served)
- Minimum age requirement applies
- Smoke-free property
- Pet-free property
- Maximum occupancy applies to all guests, including adults and children

The condo unit was perfect for our family which includes 4 kids. Being on the first floor was a big advantage and the pool right outside the balcony was awesome. The unit had lots of towels, extra pillows and blankets. The beach front was easy access on and off, limited stairs (most of the access was a gentle ramp). The kids loved getting ice cream from the ice cream truck on the beach...an added bonus. Would highly recommend to anyone with kids.

Perfect place right on the beach and loved the walk out to the pool! Place was clean and fully stocked with kitchen items, bath and beach towels. We had a great stay and would definitely rent again!!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and spacious. We loved that we could walk right out to pool and hot tub. Easy walk to the beach. Beautiful view. Owners were accommodating too!
