The apartment is located in the very center of the resort town of Lloret de Mar. Near the house there is a bus stop, a municipal beach, restaurants and bars. Nearby is the historic city center, the famous Sant Roma church, shops (800m), many entertainment venues and nightclubs, the nearest supermarket is 100m. Within 5-10 minutes by car there are waterworld water park, gnomopark children's entertainment park and marineland dolphinarium. In 10 minutes by car there is a botanical garden with park architecture "Gardens of Saint Clotilde". From the beach in 30 minutes by boat you can reach the town of Tossa de Mar with a medieval fortress. Girona Airport - 30 km Barcelona Airport - 90 km Blanes train station - 8 km
