Amenities include: entry security gate, direct access to boardwalk, Wi-Fi, stack-able washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, granite countertops and breakfast bar.
All bed linens and towels, are included, with the exception of beach towels.

This condo was really nice. The condo was very clean inside. Kitchen was well stocked, the king bed was very comfortable, and a perfect view from the balcony. We saw dolphins every day. The sunrises were so beautiful! A couple negatives...as we arrived we were informed that the parking gate was broken and wouldn't be fixed while we were there for the week. We were concerned because at night there would be people hanging out along the sidewalk. Also, when we arrived the elevator was broken and didn't get fixed until 4 days later. We were not happy about that as my husband had to lug all of our stuff up the 3 flights of stairs, as I have bad ankles...so it was very hard walking them anytime we went out. The condo itself was beautiful and would recommend it to anyone. We did have a really nice and enjoyable time there!

We couldn't believe how Wonderful the condo was and the Location was perfect. Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Property Manager Margie was Excellent and was available to answer any questions that we might have. We are planning on going back next year if possible as we found so many things to do and see as the Location Is Perfect!!

Very comfortable and nice condo with full kitchen supplies. Enjoyed the location and enjoyed people watching on the boardwalk. Loved hearing the ocean waves at night. Master bedroom mattress comfortable. Master bath was very nice. Just like home with shower head. Management was very accommodating and enjoyed conversing with the manager, Margie. Hope to return.
