The Space
Spread out across three spacious levels! This new-construction home was built specifically for group travel, ensuring everyone has room to relax:

The Main Gathering Space (2nd Floor): A sun-drenched, open-concept living and dining area that flows directly onto a private deck. Kick back on plush, brand-new furniture and stream your favorites on the Roku TV after a day in the sand.

The Chef`s Kitchen: Fully equipped with full-size stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a large island with bar seating so your group can easily cook and gather on your own schedule.

The Primary Suite (3rd Floor): A luxurious private oasis featuring a Queen bed and an attached en-suite bathroom with a double vanity.

Bedroom 2 (1st Floor): One premium Queen bed.

Bedroom 3 (3rd Floor): One Queen bed plus a Twin bed with a trundle.

(Note: There is a full bathroom on the 1st floor, a convenient half-bath on the 2nd-floor main living level, and two full bathrooms on the 3rd floor).

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. To ensure the home is completely pristine for every guest, our professional cleaning team strictly adheres to this schedule. A secure door code will be sent to you a week before your arrival for seamless, contactless entry.

Traveling with a massive group? We own all four townhomes in this complex! Message us to book multiple units and sleep up to 40 guests together.

We want you to treat this home as your own private coastal retreat. Because we utilize a smart lock for contactless check-in, you have complete privacy and can come and go entirely on your own schedule.

While we will not be on the property to bother you during your stay, our professional team is always just a message away. Whether you need a quick troubleshooting answer, a recommendation for the best local seafood in the ViBe district, or immediate assistance with a maintenance issue, we are highly responsive via the booking platform app, text, or phone.

We completely respect your space, but we are always on standby to ensure your Virginia Beach vacation is flawless.
1. No events or parties. $500 fee and immediate cancellation.

2. No outside guests on the property, not accounted for on the original booking. We understand there are rare circumstances with family or friends who live nearby and may want to join you at the beach. Please communicate with us; we can usually work something out.

3. 3 cars per booking and all cars must be parked in the driveway.

4. Please do not take the bath towels to the beach. We recommend bringing your own, or we have beach towels available to rent for your stay. Let us know before your arrival.

5. Lock the door any time you are leaving the property.

6. No smoking. $500 fee for cleaning if the property smells like smoke of any kind inside.

7. We do not accept local bookings & guests must be over the age of 25 to book.
