About this apartment rental
A fabulously furnished 2nd floor condominium at Kepuhi Beach Resort. The condo has a private lanai is covered for shade, allowing you to relax, watch the sunset over the channel. The oceanfront pool and barbecue area are a short walk from the condominium. In the Winter, whales can be seen breaching in the channel. The condominium comes with a fully furnished kitchen, a flatscreen TV in each bedroom and a 43 inch flat screen TV in the main room with cable, and Roku, and free WiFi (upstairs TV has only Roku). Each bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, a closet and a dresser, a bathroom with a tub/shower is provided on both floors (shower only on first floor), and a private washer/dryer.

Kepuhi Beach Resort is an oceanfront property on the West end of the island of Moloka'i, with grounds that include an oceanfront swimming pool, gas grills with picnic tables, and a market with trinkets and food to purchase. Kepuhi Beach and surfing spot Kepuhi Point are right in front of the resort (formerly the Sheraton - now shuttered), great for surfing in the winter months, ideal for swimming and snorkeling come summer. The location is short distance from Papohaku Beach, one of the longest white sand beaches in the state of Hawaii. Papahaku beach is better for swimming in summer, as Winter swells and surf are less conducive to water activities. Kepuhi Beach Resort is less than a mile from Make Horse and its many tidepools, seven miles northwest of the town of Maunaloa (the only town on the west end), and 20 miles west of Kaunakakai, where most grocery stores, art/gift shops, mini markets, restaurants, and equipment rentals are located.
Kepuhi Resort is just 12 miles from the airport. And the island-wide evening quiet hours (10:00 PM) make Molokai perfect people wanting to relax and experience Hawaii away from the hustle and bustle of tourist crowds.

The unit was as described. Beautiful west end location with all the kitchen gadgets you need to cook. We were the only people walking the beach most mornings. You drive to access most things (restaurants, grocery store, gas station) but that was expected when visiting an island like Molokai. The unit can get rather hot when the winds are not blowing but there were ceiling fans and a stand fan to help. Would definitely stay here again

The scenery was amazing. To have an ocean view from the property was perfect. The sunset was spectacular!
The property itself was not very clean. Lots of dust and cobb webs. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and worn. The beds had to be padded.
The internet was sporadic and only one TV worked. This property is quite remote and you must be careful of the deer crossing in herds.
