5 Bedroom Beachfront Luxury Living with Breathtaking Views!
Nestled on 200 feet of private beachfront and featured on HGTV, Latittude Adjustment was built to entertain and is a perfect getaway for extended families or larger groups. With 3 separate structures situated on 1 acre of property the gated oasis offers plenty of areas to gather as a group while also allowing for privacy as desired. The exterior of the property offers beautiful ocean front views, tropical gardens, a 70+ foot huge patio with pergola and a private pool.
The secluded property is conveniently located close to the airport (1 mile) and sits on the secluded Jimmy Hill beach. The beach is perfect for miles of walking, swimming or just lounging where seeing very few people is the norm.
The recently fully renovated property offers 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The main house features a huge family room, full kitchen with island and 4 barstools, 10-person dining table, primary bedroom with king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and shared full bath and a bunk room with a king size bed and one twin bunk. The cottage features a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, ensuite bath, living area and kitchenette. The cottage also offers a queen sleeper sofa. The cottage has a private, partially covered deck which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views and ocean breeze along with an outdoor shower. The third structure houses the adjacent owner’s suite with private entrance featuring a king size bed, large sitting area, walk in closet and full bathroom with additional laundry facilities.
Amenities to the property include (2) 70” 4k Ultra Flat Screen TVs – one in the family room of the main house and one in the owner’s suite; (1) flat screen tv in the cottage and 1 TV in the primary bedroom of the main house. Unlimited cable box TV including US sports channels, movies and tons of US streaming shows. Xbox; board games; apple TVs for use with your streaming services; Strong Starlink wifi throughout the property (2) sets of washer/dryers. Outside amenities include swimming pool; gas grill; (2) kayaks; (2) paddle boards; corn hole boards, hook and ring toss game; large outdoor dining table; patio set that can seat 10 comfortably; shaded pergola; (4) chaise lounge chairson the deck along with 4 chaise lounge chairs for the ocean front cabana. For the beach there are 6 full size chaise lounge chairs, umbrellas and folding chairs provided.
Included with the rental is a house manager that will provide you with full concierge services, greet you to show you the house and all amenities and will be your point of contact once on island. For an additional fee, the house manager can arrange private chefs, pre-stocking of groceries and on-site massages. They can also recommend restaurants, bars, grocery stores and excursion companies for first-time visitors and are happy to help you book and plan all of the above.

The house was well appointed with everything you’d need and even things you didn’t ow you’d need. The sleeping accommodations were perfect for our group of 10. Beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting in the back porch, beach and cover porch by the water. We especially loved the ice machine and the water cooler. They have really thought of everything. They had floats, snorkel equipment, yeti’s of different sizes, coolers etc. You really don’t have to take anything except clothes.. Charlene was helpful and pleasant to work with. She was able to arrange the car and reservations for us as well as get our initial grocery items which was nice. We will definitely go back.

Our family had a fantastic week at Latitude Adjustment! The whole property is so well done and even more beautiful in person. The home, the beach, the view, and the location was absolutely perfect for us. We had a group of 11 adults and were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Charlene was amazing to deal with, handling any of our requests and questions promptly. She is awesome!! We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this is truly exceptional, we will be back!

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home! This was our first time to visit Exuma, and both the island and Latitude Adjustment were amazing! We all agreed that we would love to return and stay in Latitude Adjustment again. The private beach was a perfect setting for our family of 9 (ages ranging from 13 to 76). The home was so conveniently located to our activities that were on the north and south side of the island. Charlene the property manager was so incredibly helpful and made our arrival so easy by prearranging our rental cars as well as purchasing our groceries. She was available to answer all of my "first timers" questions and was truly a delight to talk to. The home was a perfect set up for everyone to have their own space but still be able to be together for meals and game nights. The home was very clean and well stocked with towels, beach gear, and everything you need to make your stay comfortable. (we all noticed that even the beds were comfortable!) There is so much to see and experience while in Exuma bur to not miss the sunrise views from the patio at Latitude Adjustment. They were incredible and worth the early morning alarm!For our activities we used Exuma Watersports was incredible for a 1/2 private charter for swimming with the pigs. We also used private Chef Katiya with VIBE Exuma for two incredible dinners at the house. Thank you for an incredible vacation that will give my family wonderful memories for a lifetime!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Latitude Adjustment in Exuma, Bahamas, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the stunning views and the immaculate condition of the house.The property was perfect for our family of ten, providing ample space and every amenity we could possibly need. The house was exceptionally clean, which made us feel right at home.The responsiveness of the host and property manager was outstanding. They were quick to answer any questions we had, ensuring that our stay was as smooth and enjoyable as possible.We were also fortunate to celebrate three birthdays and an engagement during our stay, making the trip even more memorable. The house provided the perfect backdrop for our special moments.The highlight of our stay had to be the spectacular water views and making memories with family. Waking up to such beauty every day was an experience we won't soon forget.Overall, I highly recommend Latitude Adjustment to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway in Exuma. You won't be disappointed! The Nashville and Rhode Island Gang!
