We enjoyed our stay overall. The condo is a lovely little property in a great location, and the large back deck overlooking the canal was definitely the highlight. It was a peaceful spot to sit and enjoy the scenery. We also appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella that were provided for guests to use, which made our beach trips much more convenient.There were a couple of issues that impacted our experience. We could hear the upstairs neighbors walking around quite clearly, and they were very heavy-footed, which made the condo noisier than we expected. We were also disappointed to find bugs in the kitchen. The teapot contained dead bugs and could not be used during our stay.The condo itself is charming and well situated, but addressing the pest issue and improving sound insulation would make for a much better guest experience.

This condo was ideal for us. Parking in front of condo, large deck, and on the canal with pelicans and osprey fishing nearly every day. We’ve stayed in SPC previously, so knew our way around. Furnishings were nice, but non-stick cookware and a Keurig coffee machine would be a plus. Owner was very responsive to our questions and requests. Would return.

Nicely equipped condo with everything we needed. We enjoyed the location and loved the deck overlooking the canal. The glider on the deck was a nice extra. It was quiet and comfortable. We would rent the unit again.
