Located on the second floor(stairs, no elevator), The Fish Cottage is a bright END UNIT with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. It has a strict maximum occupancy of 3 guests, ensuring a cozy and comfortable stay for a couple or small group. Whimsically yet tastefully decorated you will feel right at home here. Sit back, relax and enjoy views of the courtyard and pool area from the common area balcony. With seating for 2, it's the perfect place to enjoy the Florida sunshine.

The cozy living room features a flat-screen TV, DVD player, movies and plenty of room to relax. The fully equipped kitchen offers all your cooking essentials and everything you'll need to prepare your favorite island delight. The lovely kitchen nook for breakfast in the morning or board games and cocktails in the evening features seating for 4 guests.
The master suite features a king-size bed and the 2nd bedroom features 2 twin-sized beds. The full bath features a walk-in shower.
Coronado Arms is a small complex with only two levels and balconies overlooking the pool and courtyard. The pool, heated seasonally, offers plenty of seating to enjoy the Florida sun and offers a refreshing way to end your day after a long day at the beach. There is a gas bar-b-que grill and picnic area to enjoy meals with friends and family while enjoying your time at the pool. Onsite, coin operated, washers/dryers are available for use during your stay.
Coronado Arms is perfectly situated right in the heart of New Smyrna's beachside town. A short walk or bike ride will have you within minutes of shopping, dining, and everything that New Smyrna Beach has to offer. A must-see, historic Flagler Avenue, is only minutes from your front door and features several boutiques, one-of-a-kind eateries, art galleries, and the area's nightlife. The Publix shopping center is also nearby making it easy to stock up on groceries for your visit. Right across the street is Callalisa Park which offers easy access to the Intracoastal for Kayak and Paddleboard enthusiasts.

We were placed in this property. This is not the place we rented. We were contacted 3 hours before check in and told there were some problems with the a/c at the place we rented. This property is decorated nicely, it just was not what we wanted for our vacation. We had rented a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with washer and dryer in unit. It was about a minutes walk to the beach. This property was substantially further from the beach, on a busy street. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo. There was onsite, coin-operated laundry facilities, that did not work for a great part of our trip. The bed in the master is uncomfortable. The beds in the 2nd bedroom were incredibly noisy. The grounds were maintained well. We expressed our disappointment in not getting our original property and were told there weren’t any rentals available except this one. We were told we could switch properties when the issue was resolved, but were never contacted. We expressed our disappointment at checkout. I received a voicemail after I left a review on the property management’s site. When I returned the call (a few minutes after receiving the message), I got nothing but voicemail. Left a message, and received no call back. My issue is not necessarily with this property, but with the management company. I do not believe this was handled properly.
