Walt Disney World is about 25 minutes away, the Premium Outlets 25 and Universal 30. Come make some unforgettable memories!
The Space:
Welcome to your home away from home in Davenport – a comfortable four-bedroom, three-bathroom house with high-speed Wi-Fi, an exciting interactive game room and room for 10 to spread out and relax.
SLEEPING: a king main suite with private bathroom, a queen suite with private bathroom, and two themed kids' bedrooms – one for Harry Potter fans and one for Jurassic Park fans – each with a full bed and a twin bed, sharing a bathroom.
LIVING: a fully equipped kitchen for family breakfasts, comfortable dining and living areas, a game room for friendly competition, and a fully equipped laundry room.
OUTDOORS: your very own private pool – heating is available for an extra fee, just let us know at least 48 hours before check-in.
INCLUDED: fresh linens, towels and a welcome kit with basic essentials to get you started (replacing extras is the guest's responsibility).
LOCATION: 18 minutes to Walmart, 25 minutes to Disney, 25 minutes to the Premium Outlets and 30 minutes to Universal.
Please note: the BBQ grill at this property is not available for rent, but we can suggest alternative grill rental options – just ask!
Guest Access:
The whole house is yours to enjoy – private pool, game room, kitchen, laundry and every bedroom and living area. Registered guests also have access to the community amenities (all guest names must be registered before arrival). Parking is available at the home.
The Neighborhood:
The home sits in a quiet vacation community in Davenport, on the south side of the Disney area. Walt Disney World and the Orlando Premium Outlets are about 25 minutes away and Universal 30, with Walmart 18 minutes down the road. Supermarkets, restaurants and shops along US-27 and I-4 are a short drive, so grocery runs and family dinners out are easy.
Getting Around:
A car is the easiest way to explore, and parking is right at the house. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is roughly 40 minutes by car; I-4 and US-27 whisk you to the theme parks, dining and shopping in no time. Prefer not to drive? Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area.
Other Things to Note:
AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and must provide matching ID upon request. Failure to provide ID will result in booking cancellation.
GUEST LIST: A complete list of guest names (first and last) is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival. Resort access will be denied if names are not registered.
POOL & SPA HEATER (if applicable): The SPA is not a hot tub – it is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system, for an additional fee. The heater can take 24–48 hours to fully heat the water and is turned on once payment is processed, so please request pool heating at least 48 hours before arrival. The pool is heated to 86°F; for health and safety reasons we cannot raise it further. The pool and SPA share the same water temperature (the SPA is a warm-water area without hydromassage jets). Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool-heater refunds. In extreme cold (approx. 32°F–40°F) the heater keeps working but the water may feel colder because of heat loss – in these conditions the water warms only about 20 degrees above the outside temperature. Weather-related conditions are not a heater malfunction and do not qualify for a refund.
GRILL: The BBQ grill at this property is not available for rent; please ask us about alternative grill rental options.
HOUSE RULES: No parties. No pets. No smoking indoors. A $10 delivery fee applies; USPS does not deliver to this address and we are not responsible for unattended packages.
AMENITIES: Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available on request before check-in. Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). After the starter supplies, guests restock as needed. Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items. Washer & dryer available.
MAINTENANCE: We're always ready to help with any maintenance need – surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.

Fantastic house! Clean, love that it's one level, kids loved the game room and themed rooms, heated pool was lovely and welcoming after a long day at the parks and on off days. Neighborhood quiet and safe. Would definitely stay here again!
