This 3rd floor unit features 2 King Master Suites with en-suite bathrooms. Both King Suites feature Puffy Luxe Hybrid mattresses that are designed for optimal sleeping temperature and comfort. The Master Suite Bathroom boasts a large glass & tile walk in shower and also has its own balcony entrance.
When you’re not dining out at one of the nearby restaurants, you’ll enjoy the large, fully stocked kitchen and dining area. The living room is cozy and tastefully designed with a stunning view of the Gulf.
Relax with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the large Gulf front balcony which boasts counter-height tables and chairs.
*Beach Chair Service of 2 Beach Chairs /1 Umbrella is free with rental and is provided from March 1st - October 31st.
*2 parking spaces are included with rental - 1 unit specific reserved parking space and 1 unassigned parking space
*An initial starter supply of paper products and soaps (hand, shower, and dish) are provided. Additional supplies are guests' responsibility.
*Weekly rentals only (Saturday-Saturday)
*Primary Renter needs to be at least 25 years of age- Request for a photo ID of the Primary Renter may be requested at the discretion of the Host

This property was 5 star. Host was great, responded immediately with any questions we had. Pool was clean, plenty of beach chairs. Staff in building was wonderful. Just to be a bit picky, I’m a gym girl, there is a fitness room, however, it is enclosed in glass in the main lobby, so all can see you as you work out. No privacy. Very little workout equipment, 3 treadmills, 1 elliptical and 1 bike. Plus a small cable crossover machine. Room 304, has large palm trees blocking the beach view. It’s obvious in the room photos, but it is not ideal for a view.

The location of the condo and access to the beach was great! It wasn't as clean as we would have liked and the water pressure in the master shower was low. It was a bit noisy as well, but we would return.

Would have given 5 stars except for the tile floor replacement jack hammer noise on the unit above. This went on for 3-4 days during the week. We complained several times but there was nothing management could do to stop the work. Not what I expected for what I paid.
