CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
SPECIAL NOTES

* No pets allowed.
* Private Pool - Pool Heat is available for an additional charge. Pool heating is available for guest comfort; however, outdoor weather conditions—such as cool temperatures, wind, or rain—can significantly affect the water temperature. While the heater runs continuously when activated, we cannot guarantee that any specific temperature will be reached or maintained. Please note that we do not recommend heating the pool when outdoor temperatures are expected to be 50°F or below, as the heater will struggle to raise or sustain the desired temperature in those conditions. Pool heat is refundable up to two days prior to arrival. Once activated, the fee is not refundable, as it covers the additional energy costs while the heater is operating. The house is beautiful and only steps from the beach. Location is great if you want to be in the middle of everything. Coastal located next door provided easy access to lunch and drinks esp from the beach. My only complaint is how the house is furnished. There are 3 balconies with decent views of the beach however, there is NO furniture on 2 of the balconies. Not even 1 chair on the upper 2 balconies (off the bedrooms, with the best views) and the balcony off the living room has only 4 chairs w small side table. So there isn’t anywhere to eat on a balcony and you can’t even sit on the upper balconies to enjoy being outside, looking at the beach, which is something I really enjoy. Also, the living space is quite large but is also inadequately furnished. There is a large dining table but there isn’t enough sitting space in the room. Only 2 sofas and 2 chairs in a house that sleeps 14 and these are crowded into 1 corner of the room. We only had 6 adults and it’s a good thing because there would have been nowhere for anyone else to sit! If you have a large group, you will be sitting at the dining table, which is not the most comfortable. Also, the area around the pool has only a high top table w 2 chairs. We had to use our beach chairs just to have a place to sit! Just something to consider if you’re bringing a large group. Maybe the owner will read this and buy some more furniture!

The stay was good. We just really wanted to use all of our balconies and there was no furniture in the second and third floor balcony.The management team was great!

This is a beautiful freestanding home. I wasn't quite sure what to expect from the pics. It's 4 stories, but the stairs weren't too daunting -- plus there is an elevator. Just a few steps to the beach. Restaurant and beach bar next door. 4 parking spaces. Great pool as well as beach chairs and toys. It was perfect for our family of 6 adults, 2 pre-teens, and 1 toddler.
