The location and access to the beach was exceptional. Property size for 10 people was perfect. Bring some extra blankets! The only disappointment is the old and unusable grill. Otherwise perfect vacation and great communication by the property management.

Facility was a little dated.
Elevator was vital to checking luggage to 3rd floor.
Site was in poor condition. Pool area yard not usable.
Beer can(s) in bushes on arrival.
Back yard not usable. BBQ grill(s) not usable.

The location is the quiet end, just inside the golf cart area. The check in was super easy. The property was mostly clean. It needs some exterior cleaning and paint but nothing that interfered with our stay. Bird nest by the pool area ensured some entertainment. But we did pick up some trash and left behind items around the pool. Inside was large and comfortable. We did find a few areas that need work. Dishes were put away dirty, so we had to wash everything before using. Linens and towels were clean but stained. Bed covers needed tlc. Told there was a gas grill but it was charcoal and it needs replacing. We did use it, but had to be sure we had to keep the food balanced on the grill. A hairdryer was blowing the breaker. A few cobwebs up high. A tv didn’t work in master bedroom. None of these spoiled the vacation. I did send an email to management to let them know and didn’t receive any response, so that was disappointing. I wasn’t asking for anything, just letting them know that they had a few things needing attention. Having an elevator for items was a huge bonus as the stairs were spiraled and carrying all of our stuff would have been lots of work. I do recommend the property. Just know that as a rental there may be some items that need work.
