Walk to the 1856 Country Store, Centerville Library, playground, Four Seas Ice Cream and Craigville Beach. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless appliances. The bathrooms have all been renovated. . There is a new beautifully tiled shower off the first-floor bedroom. The three bedrooms upstairs all have vaulted ceilings. Nice back yard with seating and gas grill. Three season sunroom for relaxing. The yard has been newly landscaped with a stone patio, fire pit and outdoor shower.
