Welcome to our 1-bedroom beachfront condo in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. As you step into our condo, you'll be greeted by a tastefully decorated living space, complete with contemporary furnishings and a soothing color palette inspired by the surrounding ocean hues. The bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of sun-soaked adventures. There is also a queen sized sofa bed located in the living room for additional guests
The fully equipped kitchen provides the convenience of preparing your own meals, while the nearby dining area allows you to savor them with a view. However, with bars and restaurants within walking distance, you can also indulge in the vibrant local culinary scene.
The highlight of your stay is undoubtedly the proximity to the beach – just open the door, and you're there! Whether you prefer basking in the sun, taking a refreshing dip, or strolling along the shoreline, the beach is your personal playground.
For those looking to explore beyond the immediate vicinity, Red Hook is a mere 5-minute drive away. This bustling area offers a variety of shops, entertainment, and dining options, providing a perfect blend of local culture and convenience. You can also easily access the Ferry Terminal and head to St John for the day!
There is also a taxi stand available at Sapphire Beach for the guests who need to catch a ride!

*Please note that this unit is situated on the second floor without an elevator, which may pose accessibility challenges for guests with mobility concerns. Feel free to reach out if you have any specific questions or if we can assist you in any way to ensure a comfortable stay.*

*** Sargassum grass is unpredictable! If it is going to make an appearance it is most likely during the summer time/hurricane season. This and the clean up process is out of our control & just because it is on the beach today does not mean it will be on the beach the next day. The island works hard at getting it cleared as quickly as possible. Rates are lower during this time and therefore there are no refunds given for sargassum grass.
**** Our island is run off of generator power and, as such, tends to experience power outages often. Most of the time these outages are only a few hours at a time, but sometimes outages can be more lengthy. This complex has a back up generator for water and outdoor lighting currently. We do not refund for power outages.

This unit is simply amazing! Imagine waking up and being steps from the most beautiful water you’ve ever seen!!The complex provides gorgeous views, convenient bar and pizza restaurant, a cute boutique, large swimming pool, ample parking and FREE beach chairs, just show the tags located in the condo. You can snorkel daily off the beach and see fish, turtles and stingrays. They also clean the sargassum each morning!! This unit provides everything you need!! Some of the things above basics that you don’t ordinarily find in units but found here are numerous beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, ample toilet paper, plastic wrap and foil, some basic cooking needs like oil, sugar, salt & pepper, flashlights and lanterns, beach toys galore plus additional beach chairs, and a drying rack!!!The unit has plenty of ceiling fans, in unit washer & dryer, and the a/c works great!The owner is WONDERFUL! Communication is outstanding! She answers any and all questions promptly. She provided us with many updates and communication about periodic power outages. She goes above and beyond!I wouldn’t consider any other owners at Crystal Cove. I talked to others at the beach and their owners didn’t repair things (washer) while there or provide alternatives and didn’t or wouldn’t provide flashlights for power outages. The owners didn’t want to communicate with them and relied on others at the beach for power outage updates. Don’t hesitate, book this unit! I can’t wait to return!!

Very nice unit close to beach and other area amenities. Unit is setup well with plenty of space. Great view of the beach from the front window. It was clean and well maintained. Would stay here again if we come back to St Thomas. Sapphire beach itself is a nice area, although lots of seaweed while we were there which they were removing daily. Nice to be able to have access to the free beach loungers.

This condo is close the beach, great view of sapphire. Has all the amenities you need plus a comfortable bed, we will stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Seaside Charm. The views are beautiful and Sapphire Beach has everything you need right there, great snorkeling, marina, restaurants and bars and a fabulous coffee shop. The condo has everything you need, including beach chairs and other beach items (floats, buckets, pool noodles), and the updated kitchen was the most well stocked that we have ever stayed in. It was so convenient to be able to do laundry as well. Julie was a fantastic host and communicated everything very clearly and promptly. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!
