About this house rental
Welcome to the Palmer House. Our property is tucked away in the Village of Pinehurst just 3 miles from the center. The house sits on just under .5 acres. Our home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with living areas designed to offer our guests their own slice of privacy after a long day on the course. Our goal is to make our guests feel like their at home in the Village of Pinehurst.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, and the layout was perfect for our family gathering, providing everything we needed to feel comfortable throughout our visit. The hosts were responsive, helpful, and provided a guidebook that made check-in and check-out super easy. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking and dining. We especially enjoyed having access to the grill. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

Very clean house. We had a short weekend there . A lot of attention to detail. I brought my pups and there is a large fenced in backyard. We discovered that in 2 areas the board was broke and my rescue went through the fence. I got her back and covered the hole in the fence up. Communication was great with Ambroise. Besides the fence issue we loved the house and would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay, everything was as advertised. The only hiccup was the check in - we never received the code for entry (owner never sent or VRBO never sent, unsure which) and we ended up waiting about 15 mins at 1030pm for the owner to respond to repeated requests for entry code. They eventually called us back and then followed up with the formal welcome email w WiFi and other info. We had a few mins of panic bc it was so late and we were concerned the owner was already asleep. Everything eventually worked out, no other issues.

The Palmer house was a great home for us over Thanksgiving break. There was enough room for all family members is very clean with lots of amenities the backyard was huge great for playing ball with our grandson thanks
