Stayed in the Premier Plus Double. The rooms were clean and spacious, AC working well, bed very comfy.
The hotel had a nice bar, decent size breakfast and friendly bar staff in the evenings.
The reception was usually unmanned but had a bell in case you needed.
One thing to note is they do not provide cleaning (and refilling) unless you request it!
Very decent hotel, location to the ExCel was excellent, about 3min by foot from the side-door.
Direct line from Heathrow, and next to City Airport.
