Not so good. 1 of the last things I want to do on vacay is housework. I spent about 45 mins cleaning under 1 of the beds because I dropped an earplug during the night and the next day I found a significant layer of dust, hair, and a used condom(!). I contacted Jason and sent him photos. He said he would let his cleaning staff know and refunded a portion of the cleaning fee.A good cleaning is due for the living room furniture, due to the light colored fabric, stains from past guests are very obvious.In one of the bathrooms, 1 of the towel racks is about to fall off the wall. Few hangers in the closets, most are wire hangers.. If you’ve watched Mommy Dearest you know what the feeling is regarding wire hangers. Suggestion: a Target run for 2 dozen plastic hangers.Communication with Jason regarding events that may take place on the same floor as this apt was lacking. I asked multiple times about events during our stay, (the 1st time, weeks before our trip) & several times while at the location. Didn’t hear back from Jason until the actual day(s) of the event(s). I only knew an event was taking place when I heard people right outside our door, carrying furniture, food, equipment, decorations, etc…from the elevator to the conference/event room. All of the above is solvable and if so, we would stay here again.The good Check In, Location (cool shops/safe neighborhood, Kitchen, Blackout Curtains, Patio/Deck (definitely spend time there if weather cooperates).

Clean, roomy, comfortable, bright, excellent views and great blackout curtains. Kitchen well-stocked. Plenty of salt and pepper, coffee filters, sweeteners and coffee.
