About this house rental
My beautiful, quaint beach house has amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. We sit on the north side of Hwy 98 and that is all that stands between us and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. It is maybe a 3 minute walk to the beach. On arrival, you will be greeted by a nice front porch with seating for 4 for relaxing and enjoying the Gulf views. This is a roomy, 2 bedroom home. The living room is furnished comfortably and includes a flat screen television and dvd player for your viewing pleasure. We have cable tv and Wifi is also included. The kitchen is well stocked for your cooking and dining needs. There is also a roomy pantry for storage. The dining room has a dining table with seating for 4. There is also an island with seating for 2. There is a washer and dryer that are located right off of the kitchen for your personal use. There is also a 3/4 bathroom downstairs with a shower. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and a large bathroom featuring double sinks and a garden tub with shower. The Master Bedroom features a king sized bed, dresser, chest of drawers, recliner and flatscreen television with dvd player. There is also a deck off of this bedroom with seating for 4 to enjoy the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. What better way to start or end your day than relaxing on the upstairs deck or front porch overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, chest of drawers, vanity and flatscreen television and dvd player. The outside deck on the west side of the house features a picnic table and gas grill for your enjoyment. I also have a dockbox on the deck that has beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys for your use. You will find a wagon under the front porch for transporting your things to the beach and back. There is also an outside shower on this deck for rinsing off after a relaxing or fun filled day at the beach. If you don't feel like cooking, I sit directly behind Killer Seafood for some great seafood, or just a burger if that is what you are craving. Mexico Beach is a hidden treasure in Florida. It is one of the few places left to really enjoy the beach without the rat race found in most Florida coastal cities anymore. I hope you will enjoy this property as much as I do. It is my little piece of paradise. This is a GREAT place for a relaxing, beach getaway.

This was our 3rd stay and Bettie’s beach house and it was as great as always! Very comfortable and clean. It was so nice having chairs, floats, and a wagon for the beach already provided. Looking forward to future stays!

Love Betty’s Beach House! Beds were comfy and the house was very clean! She has high-end appliances and fluffy white bath towels. A/C works great and you can’t beat the location! Easy walk to the beach which is right across the street. Communication was excellent! Thank you for a wonderful trip! We will be back!

This has to be one of the CLEANEST rentals I have ever booked. The house was spotless, plenty of towels and paper goods. One thing to note: the kitchen is well equipped, but there are no pantry goods: sugar for coffee, cooking oil, no laundry detergent, etc.The beach is LITERALLY across the street. It was perfect for us with a one and a half year old (who is simply too young for all day at the beach.) It was so easy and convenient to just walk across in the morning, go home for lunch, and walk back in the evening. It could not be more beautiful! Highly HIGHLY recommend.
