This is a great location, especially for families and younger people (my 20-something girls loved the proximity to the pool, beach, food, ice cream, and Tootsie’s, which is next door)! I loved the balcony and view of ocean. Only complaint would be that I feel the mattress on the main bed needs updated…I slept alright but could have been a lot more comfy. Everything else was great!

If there’s going to be construction on site it should be advertised before payment is submitted. I was highly annoyed that I didn’t get to have the tranquility that I went for because you could constantly hear banging and metal table saws. Even down on the beach it was super loud. The property was good but the atmosphere was awful. If I knew it was under construction I would’ve went somewhere else. Very disappointed.
