Your vacation home is just 15 minutes from the Air Force Academy s south gate, 15 minutes from UCCS University. Just minutes away from Park, movie theaters, shopping, entertainment and many great restaurants. This home is perfect for attending Air Force Academy events or exploring other area attractions such as Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds, The Broadmoor Hotel and many more attractions.
We know you don't like leaving family behind so pets are welcome. Non smoking. The kitchen is very well equipped with a Keurig, Coffee Pot, utensils, pots, pans, chinaware, baking dishes, full size microwave, stove, fridge, oven, cozy breakfast nook with Two bar stools. The family room has a cozy fireplace and a 75 in flat screen TV with High Speed Xfinity WiFi and board games.
We also have a foldable crib, Highchair, Stroller available if needed.

I couldn't be happier about the house we stayed in for our short trip to Colorado Springs. It was indeed cozy and fulfilled all our needs. It was exceptionally clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable. The house location was close to everything, so we never had to travel very far. The host always answered my emails promptly and was very nice. I would highly recommend this house for your vacation needs.

Cozy House were perfect for our visit to the Pikes Peak area. Our host, Chad, made us feel welcome and responded to correspondence immediately. We definitely would stay at this “Cozy House” again!
