The Lodge on Lake Champlain – Breathtaking Views & Adirondack Charm, Fishing, Hiking, Pickleball, Basketball, Cornhole, Kayaks, and Game Room.
Nestled on a private stretch of Lake Champlain’s waterfront, The Lodge offers an unforgettable escape in the heart of the Adirondacks. With 140 feet of scenic shoreline and modern amenities, this 3,000-square-foot retreat combines rustic charm with comfort, making it perfect for large groups or intimate gatherings. While the lake front is great for fishing and kayak launching, swimming is not recommended because of the weed on the shoreline.
Unmatched lakefront experience-enjoy panoramic lake views through 100 windows that flood the space with natural light. Wake up to stunning sunrises, unwind with evening cocktails on the covered porch, and gaze at the moon’s reflection on the water.
Spacious & Comfortable Accommodations
Sleeps up to 12 guests in the Lodge; optional cabin rental for 2 additional guests ($99/night) brings capacity to 14.
Important Notes
The optional cabin rental is available to all guests and includes a newly renovated bathroom just steps away.
Well-equipped kitchen & large dining room for group meals.
Main suite with king bed, cathedral ceiling, TV and private balcony.
Bunk room with XL twin-over-queen beds plus two additional queen bedrooms.
Two full baths, washer/dryer, air conditioning, flat screen TV's and Wi-Fi for added convenience. (Additional bath with cabin rental.)

Spacious doesn’t do the property justice. It is magnificent! It is well organized into various purposeful spaces. Beds were comfortable. Central AC and ceiling fans made it very comfortable on a 90 degree day. All appliances worked well. Kitchen was well equipped. Private without feeling overly isolated. Spectacular view of the lake. Convenient distances to interesting sites. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return next year.

Our group of five adults, including two seniors, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "The Lodge." The house was clean and comfortable with every light switch and fan conveniently labeled. The view of Lake Champlain was beautiful from the privacy of the large porch with lots of seating. There were lots of activities for inside - ping pong, pool, air hockey, darts, assorted board games, and 4 large TVs - one in each of the living spaces and the other two in bedrooms. There was also quality equipment on hand for all sorts of outdoor activities - 4 kayaks and a canoe, bocce, corn-hole, a football, a soccer ball, a basketball hoop with two balls, and even a painted pickleball court on the driveway with 4 paddles and balls included. We even found time to relax in Adirondack chairs around the fire pit, which was well stocked with wood. Situated only a mile from the Lake Champlain Bridge, we were able to drive and get groceries and ice cream less than 7 minutes away in West Addison, Vermont. We also visited Ticonderoga (25 minutes south) and Middlebury, Vermont (25 minutes east) to explore some hiking trails with our dogs and eat at some nice family restaurants. Communicating with the owner was easy and helpful. We heartily endorse this house for extended family vacations and getaways with a group of friends.
