The Rushings invite you to enjoy an exciting Florida vacation in our Beach House on Anastasia Island, in quiet Surf Crest Village.
Our bungalow cottage house is adjacent to the solar heated pool and is in the center of an oceanfront complex of individual one and two-story homes. This is a house and not a condo. BIG difference if you have ever stayed in a condo with a noisy neighbor! There is a picturesque covered gazebo atop the dunes for your enjoyment, with private access to an uncrowded white sandy beach.

We are five miles south of historic St. Augustine, ten miles north
of Marineland, an hour and a half from Disney World, Sea World,
Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Center and many other wonderful attractions. World Golf Village and Outlet Shopping Malls are just minutes away.
This is a Smoke-Free and Pet-Free Beach house.

Our beach cottage was comfortable, beautiful and all that we hoped for! It was spotless, and the location is perfect for spending time on the beach and visiting the city of St. Augustine. We would love to come back again! The host thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable!

Wonderful property and host! We loved the beach access and proximity to the pool. Our host responded immediately to questions (and was very patient with us ). The in-house laundry was a huge plus, we are family of six who needed to pack light!I happily recommend this property.

This Beach House was exactly as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Close to beach and restaurants. A grocery store is just down the street if you choose to have some meals in the house. The owners very nice to work with. I found nothing missing that we needed. We will definitely go back. I’d rate this a 10 out of 10.
