The house is adjacent to the pool and in the center of the oceanfront complex of individual one and two-story homes. There is a picturesque covered gazebo atop the dunes for your enjoyment, with private access to an uncrowded white sandy beach. WARNING: If you come once you'll be hooked!!!! We are five miles south of historic St. Augustine, ten miles north of Marineland, an hour and a half from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Center and many other wonderful attractions. World Golf Village and Outlet Shopping Malls are just minutes away. This is a Smoke-Free and Pet-Free Beach House!!!

Easy access to beach. Nice size cottage with space for everything. Quiet environment. Location was ideal for going both North to Jacksonville and South to places like Cape Canaveral / Daytona.

We were so happy with everything about this property. I will book again because I doubt we could find anything better. The beach access was terrific, very nice pool. Great location, very close to everything. Host was great. I would definitely recommend this property and thats saying alot because I am a host and a perfectionist.

This location is tucked away behind the pool. Nice for privacy. But also close to the walkway to the beach. Our family has rented this house multiple times for our family reunions.

The cottage was immaculate, clean with plenty of kitchenware to be able to make meals. Close to everything including beach and pool. Thank you Julie and Steve, when we come back to St. Augustine, we'll be looking to stay there again.

This home was just right for our family of 6. Queen bed, 2 twin beds, and a pull out couch. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes. The community pool is right out the door. Beach was a short walk. Close to restaurants and putt putt. Thanks for a wonderful weekend.

This property was very clean and comfortable! It is conveniently located and within steps of a wonderful beach to walk on. It is a short drive to groceries and restaurants. A solar heated pool is adjacent to the house. I highly recommend it for a couple or small family. If driving to/from Old St. Augustine we found it useful to take alternative routes other than the bridge of Lions, if you prefer to avoid traffic.

Very cute and clean cottage. Very beautiful area. Short walk to restaurants and ice cream. Just a couple minutes to the beach. We had a wonderful sisters weekend. We walked to see to see the sunrise. Beautiful walks in the evenings. This cottage had everything you need for a great stay.

This is the first time that we have stayed in a place that is an association and so the homes are all located quite close to each other. We thought it would bother us but it didn't at all. Everyone was very respectful of each other's privacy and yet friendly too. The home was exactly as described. There wasn't anything in the kitchen as far as supplies (salt/pepper, seasonings, only 3 garbage bags, 4 dishwasher pods) but that could be due to new regulations after COVID. We didn't realize there was a garden hose along side of house and that would be good to add to your list of items available. The pool is very close and great! We used the grill and outside deck every day! Thank you kindly for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful beach house steps to the beach and short drive to historic downtown. We did a lot of online searching before we booked and we could not have been happier with our choice. Julie was so helpful and her newly remodeled beach house had everything we needed for our winter getaway. It is even more beautiful in person. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful and relaxing. We have been waiting for honeymoon since COVID . It was worth the wait . The beach house sweet and the beach absolutely gorgeous so relaxing. Steve and Julie were wonderful to work with. We are definitely coming back!!! Loved our stay!!!

We are a family of four and we stayed a week in this lovely beach house. We were right next to the pool, which was perfect for our girls to get in when we weren't ready for the beach yet. The beach is just a short walk, with a nice board and access to the beach. I would highly recommend to anyone, we would like to stay again!

We have stayed here multiple times and it is always great! The Rushings are so nice and very easy to communicate with. The location of the house is perfect; close to downtown/attractions/grocery store, steps from the beach, walking distance to mini golf and restaurants, but still feels private. It's right next to the pool which is really convenient. You will hear people when they're there, but people are respectful and we've never had a problem with that. The plants cover the porch for privacy. We will keep coming as long as they will keep having us!
