We stayed at this property for 8 nights/ 9 days. We absolutely loved this property. It is in a quiet location. It is roomy and had everything we needed for our stay. We absolutely loved the screened in porch with extra seating, grilling and a great view of the back yard/ pool. The pool was amazingly refreshing. Bradley was absolutely one of the best hosts we have ever had. He was very quick to respond and made sure we were happy and comfortable throughout our time here. It is a close drive to Clearwater beach, but far enough that there wasn’t the busy chaos of the island. I would 100% stay at this property again and recommend anyone else to stay here. It was clean, had a well stocked kitchen and just over all, a great place. The price was great for the area and well worth it! Thank you to Bradley for the great place to stay!

The pool and outdoor area were pretty nice. The bedrooms and house were nice. The master bathroom is from the 1950's and is in need of a upgrade (unless you like to have your knees touch the wall when you sit on the toilet). Also, the 3rd bedroom has 1 double bed and a trundle double (stays on the floor), which is only suitable for 4 small children. We had 3 teenagers with us, so one of them ended up sleeping on the couch (which was not a sleeper sofa). We did have fun playing the games provided. The outdoor trash was full when we arrived, which should have been picked up the day we arrived. Not sure why it wasn't.
