The house was even better in person. The photos do not do the views justice. The convenient location near town and the beaches is superb. We had an effortless and flawless stay. I would certainly rent this home again.

Two decks bookend this home, one with a more prominent view of Nantucket Sound and Capaum Pond, the other, a sliver of the Sound, and sheep! Not all the time, of course, but we loved having a glimpse of them when they grazed in the pasture beyond the fence. The other positive to the separate decks is following the sun, or avoiding it, you have the choice all day long.The house felt like a beautifully decorated ship, all beds and furniture extremely comfortable. We enjoyed two weeks on island with two of our three grown children, and sighed every time we looked out at the views. If I had to make a complaint, I would say the water pressure in the showers was a bit too strong. But, that's definitely better than not enough. We would absolutely stay here again.
