About this house rental
“Little Treasure” is an almost 100 year old newly renovated fisherman’s cottage only a 10 minute walk from the center of town!
This charming abode has been tastefully decorated throughout in an eclectic mix of vintage and modern to provide quests with comfort and a peaceful and relaxing stay.
Enter the main house through the arbor gate into the living room with its vintage Tole chandelier, deep comfortable seating and dramatic artwork.
A cozy queen bedroom is off to the right.
A bathroom/shower is located at the end of the living room.
The dining room boasts a ship’s figurehead, an original hand painted maritime wall mural and a large extendable trestle table for entertaining!
Beyond, the practically equipped kitchen eagerly awaits the hobby chef!
Off to one side is a master king bedroom with ensuite bathroom /shower.
Upstairs you’ll find two XL twin bedrooms nestled under the roof, providing the perfect getaway!
Curl up in the intimate den on the sofa next to the fireplace and watch TV, enjoy the paper or a good book.
Exit into the spacious private backyard with its patio, a large picnic table and a barbecue around the corner.
Come evening globe string lights overhead bathe the garden in their warm glow adding a special atmosphere.
There is an outdoor shower for the beachgoers, and a shed providing varied beach paraphernalia.
Off street Parking for 1-2 cars depending on size of vehicles.

Our stay was perfect for a week in July. My husband and I, plus our 2 adult daughters and partners plus my dad came to play. Proximity to Town was important to the young professionals and we brought our car so could also spend time exploring the island.

The house was so so cute! Each corner better than the other. The hosts were flexible with our check in times so we weren’t stranded with luggage. They were quick to respond and pleasant to work with! The house was clean and well maintained. It was just a short walk to town, which made getting around super easy!

Great location for home base in ACK. The house was clean, furnishings were up to date and comfortable, check in was easy. This house has all the amenities you would need, bikes, umbrellas, good books and games…we had such a great trip and this house was a significant reason why.
