Please note pool is closed in the off season starting first week of October; opening in Spring for memorial weekend.
Please note also that the property manager Sandy lives adjacent to the property. She is always available to deal with any questions you have during your stay and will meet you upon your arrival. Sandy lived in Thailand and studied Thai massage and has been practicing Thai massage both on island and in Boston and Providence for over 15 years. So treat yourself and book a massage with her during your stay!
Regarding Car Ferry Tickets:
We know that our guests may plan their Nantucket holiday to coincide with their ferry reservations. The Steamship Authority Headstart Reservation Program opens in January and allows us to book a limited number of transferable ferry reservations.

The location is excellent. It's a 5-7 minute walk to a wonderful little grocery store, called the Meat and Fish Market. We found ourselves there daily for their fresh food and sandwiches and sushi. It's about a 20 minute walk to a wonderful playground. Surfside Beach is just 6 minute drive. And being in the middle of the island it is a short ride everywhere else.Josh is a WONDERFUL host! He is extremely responsive and flexible with requests. The house is lovely, with laundry on both the 2nd floor and in the basement. There are black-out shades, which is important with kids since the sun rises by 5 am. The beds were all SO comfortable. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at this property and I would happily go back. Josh was very accessible and helpful, offered great tips, well before we arrived. The house is great and the pool area a dream. Neighborhood is just lovely, quiet and private, and we enjoyed the nearby State Forest for morning walks and disc golf, and the proximity (few minutes walk) of the nearby businesses to grab coffee, and specialty groceries or food as we needed. Enjoyed biking, walking, running to nearby beaches (including Surfside and Miacomet Beach, the latter which was great for our small child—Josh’s recommendation), and it was easy to get into town or other parts of the island from the central location. The house itself is the quintessential vacation home with many areas to relax depending on the day/eve and mood. For our family, we liked that the lower level had basically a second master, full bath and laundry so that when we were joined by other family members they basically had their own suite and even entrance if needed.Overall, wonderful stay.
