The perfect location for our stay in and around Venice/Santa Monica. The communication with Franco and Iris was suburb. We felt extremely welcomed. Street parking was never an issue. The condo was clean, bright and spacious. The backyard is awesome. So relaxing. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub, but will next time. Having access to the washer/dryer was a great convenience. Only a 15 minute drive to Santa Monica beaches, shopping and restaurants. 6 minute drive to the beach town Venice. We highly recommend this beautiful get away spot. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo. If in the area again we will definitely come back. Thanks for your hospitality. TomChadds Ford, PA

Great jacuzzi. Several grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. Movies theatre also close by. Ronnie’s diner is a neighborhood breakfast and lunch restaurant worth visiting. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Cool little 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit. We stayed here for the night when we went to a concert at the Kia Forum. Easy access to the venue. Lyft was only about 40 avg each way. Property was clean and was able to fit three adults comfortably.
