Sandpiper 607 within the Destin West Beach & Bay Resort has the best of both worlds. A short walk will take you to the gulf via the sky walk (beach service from March 1-October 31); or stay bayside to relax by the pools and lazy river. A board walk and fishing pier is available bay side. Exercise room (gulf side), several restaurants, Okaloosa Island fishing pier, and visitor's center are the few of the nearby/walking distance amenities. Situated between Destin and Fort Walton Beach, lots of restaurants and unique shopping close by. It's a great place to make memories with your family and friends!

Beach chairs and umbrella available for our winter guests inside the unit. Fitness center available to guests on gulf side and several walking/biking paths nearby. Beach service "complementary", available from March 1st through October 31st ($45 per day value added).

My family really enjoyed our vacation at this property. The lazy river was a favorite and the unit was clean and comfortable. There seemed to be ongoing issues with the elevators and it was a bit of a hike to the beach but overall it was a good experience. There were good restaurants, shopping and entertainment near by that we took advantage of.

This was our 2nd time staying in this condo. It's absolutely perfect. Easy to book, great communication from owner, fully stocked kitchen. It has everything you need. Beds are comfortable and all seating is cozy as well. Great patio furniture to read a book, take in the sights and enjoying the surroundings. The lazy river is awesome! Love all the pools and being able to wake up and walk on the beach to see the sunrise!
