About this apartment rental
Bright spacious studio apartment in a building directly on a pristine stretch of white sandy beach. Condominium Stella Maris is centrally located at 1 Condado Avenue in the heart of El Condado, across from the pool of the San Juan Stellaris Marriott Resort and Casino.
The fifth floor location allows for spectacular views, but is still low enough for you to be lulled to sleep by the surf at night. A full wall of sliding glass doors on the ocean side opens up to tropical breezes and a panoramic vista. Black out curtains allow you to sleep late in the morning or have a siesta when in the mood.
This cheery studio apartment was recently renovated with travetine floors throughout including the bathroom, a new flat screen TV and high speed internet There is original artwork throughout and you certainly know you're in the Caribbean. This rent by owner condo is spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you might need to relax and enjoy your vacation in Puerto Rico.
With the endless possibilities of natural disasters and health emergencies travel insurance is available through VRBO and recommended.

Regarding 3 or 4 nights stay
Please be advised we cannot break a week or a month to accommodated 3 or 4 for nights booking.
Except during holiday periods, if we have 3 or 4 nights hanging or left from a week or a month we might consider renting 3 or 4 nights.
As a reminder, Smoking in the apartment and the building is forbidden. If you choose to smoke there will be a deep cleaning fee assessed to the renter to remove the odor.

This property was beautiful. Right on the beach. I loved hearing the waves at night. It was clean and well stocked. My daughter and I came to celebrate her successful treatment of breast cancer. I can't think of a better place to spend time with her. So close to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. We loved walking on the beach multiple times a day. Eric was very helpful with the questions and issues we had. There were several different steps to get into the property which made us feel more secure. Thank you, Eric for a lovely stay.

Eric is a wonderful host. We actually met him when we arrived and he personally showed us to the condo. Throughout our stay, we had contact with him. He was happy to tell us which restaurants to try or activities to do. The condo was charming and right on the beach. We walked to most places and took Ubers when traveling a ways. We will try and come again...and would definitely rent this condo again!!! Thank you for a great vacation Eric. God Bless.
